Gets the Channel Membership Prefix from source according to the prefixes that the server told us in IBIS_RPL_ISUPPORT.

The data is owned by the caller of the method.

Return value

Type: char*

The prefix if found otherwise NULL.

The caller of the method takes ownership of the returned data, and is responsible for freeing it.
