Description [src]

Add a new path list pref.

Note: This function takes a copy of the strings in the value list. The list itself and original copies of the strings are up to the caller to free.

name

Type: const char*

The name of the pref.

The data is owned by the caller of the function.
The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
value

Type: A list of utf8

The initial value to set.

The data is owned by the caller of the function.
Each element is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
