Description [src]

Decodes the given saslname.

Decoding replaces ‘=2C’ with , and =3D with =.

RFC 5801 and RFC 5802 aren’t very clear on how to handle =‘s that aren’t escape sequences so we just drop all unescaped =‘s and ,‘s.

The name to decode.

The data is owned by the caller of the function.
The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.

Return value

Type: char*

The decoded string.

The caller of the function takes ownership of the data, and is responsible for freeing it.
